PSYCH HELP

Hello. Need help/guidance on two homework assignments.

First one is : a brief (1 page, double spaced, 12 font) reflection paper:

1. Choose 1 of the 4 states of consciousness discussed in the unit (Sleep, Dreams, Hypnosis, Drugs)
2. Reflect on some related personal experience and the social environment.
3. Write a brief summary (relating your experience to terms within the chapter) about what you have learned that may impact how you view your experience.

Second one is: 350 words aswering these two questions..

1. Should sleepwalking be a valid defense for a crime as serious as murder? What about other kinds of crimes?

2. What kind of evidence should be required to convince a jury that a crime was committed while sleepwalking?
