PSYC-2003 DISCUSSION QUESTION REFERENCES NEEDED

Post by Day 4 a brief description of the work-centric, family-centric, and dual-centric work roles you play in your life. (If you are not comfortable using yourself, you may use someone you know well instead.) Describe at least two circumstances in which you experience or might experience role conflict and/or role overload. Finally, explain how role theory might help you achieve important goals in your personal, family, and work life.

Note: Be sure to protect the identity of any persons you describe. Also, put your work roles in the first line of your post. You will be asked to respond to a colleague with at least one work role that is different from your own.
