Access the website of a government agency or international organization (IGO or NGO). Answer the following questions in the form of a short essay of about 2-3 pages double-spaced. APA format

1.       Describe the challenges and opportunities of the issue area the organization is active in. What problems is it trying address? What opportunities is it trying to take advantage of?

2.       What is the specific mission of the institution?

3.       How does the existence of the institution and its mission relate to any of theories discussed in class?

4.       Is it effective? In essence, this requires a critique of the institution. Using another theory in IR would be helpful.
