prompt
Prompt/Topic: Robert was quite active when he first started college. When the weather was good, he would ride his bike to school or work, and on the weekends he would go hiking or kayaking. Now he is very busy with school and work, and being active does not seem to fit with his current lifestyle. Robert has noticed that he has gained a little weight. His parents were both quite overweight; his mom had high blood pressure and his father had type 2 diabetes; neither of them were very active. Robert wants to be able to stay active and healthy as he gets older, and he is starting to realize he needs to make some changes.
- What would you recommend to Robert to help him stay active?
- In addition to exercise, how can Robert minimize his weight gain to help reduce his risk of developing high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes?
