For this assignment, submit your topic choice and provide a summary description of a project that requires procurement management.

The topic choices for this final project plan include case studies that cover two different scenarios.

Choose from one of the following two options:

• Case Study Option #1: " Going Green" University Project – This case focuses on a university converting their present facilities to being "green" and is best suited to learners interested in project management within this capacity.
• Case Study Option #2: Providian Trust: Tradition and Technology – This case focuses on a major trust company attempting to implement a major software system and is best suited for learners interested in reengineering business processes for a software system.
