Complete Exercise 3 on page 69 with the following amendments.  Search the Internet to find a real example of how a company or organization uses a structured process to aid in project, program, and/or project portfolio selection.  Prepare a short (one page or so) paper summarizing your findings.  Name the file Ch2Ex1

Watch all four of the videos for Chapter 2.  Prepare a two-to-three-page summary explaining mind mapping and mind mapping software and things that you found particularly interesting or useful in the video.  Be sure to describe the concept and its application to project management.  Name the document Video2
