THIS is what I need you to do --> Review Post 2 below. Further the conversation by identifying any activities that have slack time. What would this mean in the context of the situation here in Post 2?

 

Post 2: The project for my example is selling a top drive. This is the short “cliff notes” version of what this project entails, but these are the major steps that need to take place.  The critical path is items C & E… these are the areas where we can get into trouble if a strict time schedule is not followed. There is typically a little lag time while waiting for the materials to come in so we might have some slack there, but not a lot. The parts must be ordered immediately. My company has put me through project management classes in the past, so I was already familiar with similar methods in regards to managing projects. I was not familiar with CPM or PERT, which I will defiantly use to help identify and project lead times for order.

3/4-1 page paper for post 2(Nothing less than 3/4 of a page and nothing more then 1-page necessary)

1-2 sources in APA citation for post 2(I willn't need any more than 3 sources for sure)
