Project management

Project management is a critical tool in increasing the success of projects. A successful project meets all three of the triple constraints (Time, Schedule and Quality/Scope).  Many of us are familiar projects that have failed. 

Describe a project that you are personally familiar with that has failed to any degree. Describe the reasons that you believe the project failed and what, in hind –site, could you have done to stave off issues.
