"You are part of a team in charge of a project to help people in your company (500 people) lose weight. This project is part of a competition, and the top "losers" will be featured in a popular television show. Assume that you have six months to complete the project and a budget of $10,000. Develop a scope statement, WBS, and partial WBS dictionary for the project. Be creative in deciding how you will raise the money and the deliverables and submit deliverables required to complete the project. "  - Schwalbe, page 143, 5th edition.
