Procedure

1. Using Chapter 4 in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge(text) as your resource, your Project Plan should include the following major topics:
   • Project charter
   • Scope statement
   • Work breakdown structure (WBS)
   • Schedule
   • Cost estimates
   • Project baseline
   • Key or required staff
   • Open issues and pending decisions
   • Quality management summary and plan
   • Other information needed for this project
2. Revise all components of your project plan based on the feedback you have received from your professor throughout the course. Add a summary of the changes you have made based on feedback to the end of your plan, and explain why some suggested changes were not made, if applicable.

I will provide the changes to you as I receive them from the teacher for the final project.
