There are serveral question (6) to be exact, and the instrutions attached must be read and understood and exact completed as stated.. This requirement must be handled and understood by an expericed project manager expert with backgounds in scheduling and familar and know their way around PMBOK.

There are several attachments, 1) are the questions, 2) an attachnmebnt that outline of understanding project management:

Background – Per the text, “A schedule is the conversion of a project action plan into an operating timetable.” A schedule is important because each project is unique in its own way. The basic process is to identify all tasks and sequential relationships between them, that is, which tasks must precede or succeed others. There are a number of benefits to the creation and use of these networks.

The third,3) are diagrams of an AON network that must be hand drawn, and an example of a MSP Gantt chart that should be used in question numbe 2.
