I need help with below. No plagiarism, no work cited from Wikipedia. Must cite all references, APA style, due 08/15 /16. There are two parts to this assignment part 1 is to do the complete assignment and part 2 is a highlight of the assignment. Please use two separate word documents to submit them.

 

Part 1 -

 

For the Portfolio Project, design an EPM roadmap based on the EPM roadmap in the course textbook. Your roadmap can be based on a real enterprise scenario or one that is “made up,” depending upon your exposure to an enterprise environment.

 

Use the same enterprise scenario for the Portfolio Project that you used for each Critical Thinking Activity (CTA). As described in Module 2, where you selected the business or enterprise you will use for your project, the scenario can be based on a real or a fictional business, but the associated data should be realistic and based on experience and/or research.

 

Required Components:

 

1.        Introduction. Your description should include the following details (first outlined in the Module 2 CTA, though possibly amended based on instructor feedback).

 

1.        What type of business is it (i.e.—selling products, services, health care, etc.)? Be specific about what product or service the company offers.

 

2.        How large is the company (number of employees, revenue, market share, etc.)?

 

3.        What is the company’s location and demographic of customers or clients that use the goods/services?

 

4.        What is the business impact area you wish to focus on? For example, the business impact area may include revenue growth, operating margin, cash cycle, asset utilization, etc.

 

5.        What is the business function you wish to focus on? For example, the business function(s) may include marketing, sales, operations, research & development, shared services, finance, etc.

 

Note: You do NOT have to pick business impact areas or business functions from the examples above—those are just examples. Your enterprise scenario may be completely different.

 

6.        Other details you feel are relevant or important.

 

2.        Identify one or more decision process steps that lack visibility (gather, understand, debate, commit) and explain why they lack visibility. Justify your decision for choosing these specific process step(s).

 

3.        Select one or more roles within functions (strategic, operational, tactical execution) and justify your selection.

 

Note: Identify the top value drivers/key performance indicators (KPIs) for that role. (Use the strategy you used in Module 6’s CTA to develop a functional value map.)

 

4.        Using the same strategies you used in the conceptual map for the Module 5 CTA, select an EPM process and/or tool that matches the decision process. Justify the process and/or tool outlined.

 

Discuss and cite the at least three credible or scholarly sources other than the course textbook to provide information and guidance for your assignment. (You may cite the course textbook as well.) The paper should be 8-10 pages in length with document and citation formatting per APA requirements.

 

 

 

Part 2 –

 

This Critical Thinking Activity (CTA) will help you prepare the introduction for your Portfolio Project. Which is the assignment above

 

Identify the business or enterprise that will serve as the scenario for the completion of your Portfolio Project and CTAs. Recall that you will be using this same enterprise scenario for the Portfolio Project and the CTAs. The scenario can be based on a real or a fictional business, but the associated data should be realistic and based on experience and research.

 

Write a description that addresses the following questions:

 

1.        What type of business is it (i.e.—selling products, services, health care, etc.)? Be specific and describe in detail.

 

2.        How large is the company (number of employees, revenue, market share, etc.)?

 

3.        What is the company’s location and demographic of customers or clients who use the goods/services?
