SCM 304 Spring 2017 – Homework 3 Budgeting A. Given the following data about a project: 1. Prepare a table in Excel showing the time-phased budget for the project. Assume the budgeted cost is linearly distributed over the duration of the activity, e.g., if the budgeted cost of an activity is $100 and the duration of the activity is 2 weeks, then budgeted cost/week=100/2= $50. All calculations should be done within the Excel spreadsheet. Do not copy paste answers into Excel (as much as possible). 2. Use graphs to illustrate the weekly budget as well as the cumulative budget for the project. 3. All your files must have your name as part of the saved name.
