Project: how can we improve our campus?

-  Statistical Analysis:

1. For the quantitative question, find the following (5 points each bullet point, 4

   points for check-in):

   •   Measures of center and variation

   •   Provide interpretations of item 1

   •   Find a confidence interval and interpret it

   •   Perform a hypothesis test and interpret the findings

2. For the qualitative question (4 points each, 4 points for check in):

   •   Put all responses into 3-6 categories and tally the number of categories

     referenced

   •   Generate 2 visual representations of the data in your categories

3. Create an argument for the need for change or innovation at the College of Alameda (4 points)

4. Propose 2 solutions for the college based on the above items; one proposal must be from an existing program at another school or in the community. (10 points; 4 points for check in)
