Project - Change Memo
Write a 1-page memo to your company's top management, explaining the implementation process for transferring appropriate Swedish employment practices across your global operations to create a High Performing Global Organization. Be sure to explain why your suggested implementation process works.
The need to change in global organizations arises in response to social, political, legislative, economic, or technology factors. An effective HRL should be cognizant of all possible approaches that can optimize change process management (such as envisioning, developing a process, implementation, and evaluation) through transfer of employment practices to create high performing organizations while addressing corporate social responsibilities.
HRL practitioners, in order to create value for their global organizations and help them become high performing, require tools that can help them reengineer their organizations strategically, transferring lesson learned in the field to new change processes, communicating each step of the implementation process effectively, to address local complexities and global strategies.
