In this module, you will look closely at developing your implementation and action plans. These plans will require that you understand the internal organizational capabilities of your company, as well as consider how you will manage internal operations.

Procedure

• Review the first draft of your plan, and consider the action steps that it will take to fully execute your plan.

• Write a first draft of your action plan, and be sure to plan for implementation progress reports for those who are responsible for each strategy. Use the worksheets below if you like.
