2nd Assignment  

This is the final step of the project. Your final task is to combine each part of the project into one master Office Training Program Proposal. A suggested order follows.

I am not sure how many pages this will end up being, hopefully about 3-4 pages double spaced, but I was not given a guidline. If it is longer, we can adjust the price.

Develop a detailed proposal for your training program. Please include the following:

·      Title and overall description of the program

·      Training objectives

·      Training methods to be used and the rationale for using them (including a discussion of the principles on which the choices are based).

·      A tentative lesson plan including list and brief description of training materials.

·      A training program evaluation plan. (This is something new for this final project step. Evaluation should be done at both the reaction and learning levels.  From Kirkpatrick’s Framework)

-The only thing missing a SMART lesson plan. Otherwise, all the information should be within the uploaded documents and the 1st assignment. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need clarification or assistance.
