"For Prof Xavier"- Diagram the Procurement Management Process

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that includes, on a single slide, a flowchart of the procurement management process. Include in your flowchart at least six process steps starting with the identification of what services and items are needed by the Project Manager and ending with the confirmation by the Project Manager that the items and services required for the project have been received.  After the slide on which the overall flowchart is presented, provide a single slide for each process step identified in the flowchart.  For example, a flowchart containing six process steps should be followed by six process slides, each of which describes one of the six process steps in the flowchart.

Provide examples of what will take place in each process step from Your Selected Course Project (refer to the Week 1 Introduction for an explanation of Your Selected Course Project).     

Find a Project Procurement Management Plan example or template on the Internet.  Compare and contrast it with your process flowchart by identifying major elements included in one that are not included in the other.  Provide one slide of bullets and speaker notes reflecting on your comparative analysis.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” (at least 100 words) for each slide other than the Cover, Agenda, Conclusion, and References slides. 

The required length of the PowerPoint presentation option for this assignment is 11-16 slides. 

The presentation must include Cover, Agenda, Conclusion, and References slides, as well as a Flowchart slide and slides for each of the process steps identified on the Flowchart slide. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style.

Save the file as a PPT file with the correct course code information in the name.
