Scenario: Bedford Con Industries has selected a European partner, EuroCross Technology LTD.  As Bedford Con Industries provides information to EuroCross Technology they want to ensure that EuroCross understands their strategic management philosophy and their strategic IT management.  

Refer to the scorecard found on page 285 of Chapter 12 in Trust and Partnership as an example.

Create a scorecard using the provided template that Bedford Con will share with EuroCross in regards to the Real-Time project.
