Term Paper Guidelines:         The paper is to be typed, double-spaced.  A cover page should include the title, the student’s name, and date submitted.

In organizing the paper, use your outline subheads to increase readability.

Graphs, tables, charts, and line drawings add to the readability and may be included if they are clearly labeled and referenced in the text.  Be sure to cite a reference if the work is not original.

The work is to be original, not a review of someone else’s thoughts; therefore, avoid long direct quotes and lists.  There is no one best number of references.  A good number of references are 6-10.

There is no one best length.  A good rule of thumb is 10 to 15 pages, exclusive of tables and figures.  The paper should be related to managerial accounting.  All papers are due by Sunday Midnight July 13^th 2014.
