Population shifts have dramatically increased the proportion of Hispanic and African-American workers in the labor force. One challenge for managers is to capitalize on the wealth of differences provided by cultural diversity.
For this assignment, select one of the three challenges (globalization, diversity, or ethics) and write a brief position paper about its importance to managers.
