1. Individual Article Analyses Objective. Through the assigned reading, students will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of important aspects of management. Description. An Individual Article Analysis consists of each student carefully reading each of the assigned articles and writing a paper on a selected article (to be determined at our first class meeting) that includes a complete summary of the article and a discussion of his/her own thoughts concerning the usefulness and application of the covered material. This paper should be well thought-out and carefully prepared, and makes reference to the course concepts as they relate to the focus of the article. An “A” paper includes evidence of a thorough understanding of the material and significant analyses of the implications of the content to business management. The papers are to be in APA format, and should be about 5-6 pages in length.
