Your task is to develop the PIC document specific to your individual product line (Sabra bean dip) using the Product Innovation Charter Template to draft your charter. The PIC document should be a three to four page essay that will be graded on the following criteria:

• Clearly identify the area of focus and the supporting reasons for the area, providing at least one clear technology dimension and one clear market dimension.
• Explain what the new product or service will accomplish in the short or long term and describe goal measurement.
• Explain the overriding guidelines, including innovativeness, time, quality, cost, and so forth.
• Clearly describe why the product is being developed, from a senior manager's point of view.
• Provide supporting information for the product or service, such as market research.
• Use APA style for all references.
