Process Improvements in the System Design

For this discussion, refer to Chapter 3 of Network and System Design in your textbook, address following issues:

• Explain what a process is and activities in a process function as a system. Find an example of a process and identify the different activities involved. How would you improve this process? What would that involve?
• Find an example of a business and identify the processes needed to deliver the product to the final customer. What do you think is the bottleneck in this process? How would you suggest it be managed?
