Use the ITT Tech Virtual Library to research the steps and techniques involved in the problem-solving process. Describe a customer-service issue a department store might have, and determine the possible causes of that issue using the problem-solving method. Then discuss how brainstorming can help department stores develop solutions to address their customer service issues.
