pro realism debate

I would like to have some argument about realism, and i am supporting realism (pro of realism)

I would like have a one to two minutes transcript about it and please have a simple outline for me.

outline example ( the example mentioned here cannot be in my argument since its other ppl's outline. I cant have the same/similar one.

• States are the main actors, and they should be self reliance on security. If one is able to take care of itself, it does not have to worry about who’s being unfair or who’s playing favoritism.

• The ability to protect oneself shows how much of a power that state has. For Example, although US is involved with other nation and organization in outer activities, when it comes to defense, US is strong enough to stand alone. Knowing how much power one has on security will prevent other countries from attacking you.

• If states are also locked in a zero-sum competition, they will work or fight harder to gain instead of lose. Competition where one gains and losses may drive the states develop, as being competitive does drive one's ability to its highest capability.

• Balance of Power vs Distribution of Power.
