The air pollution level of a city on a given day is a function of the time of day (in hours). As environmental specialist, you have collected carbon dioxide level readings at different times. An example of one day readings is:

Etc.
Write a program to read data for a day from a text file, find at which hour the maximum occurs, and determine the average and the standard deviation of the Co2 level.
