Presidential Leadership and the Electoral College
President Reagan once quipped that if you don't like your community's or state's policies and you have tried to organize (and vote) a change that doesn't come to fruition, then vote with your feet.
He meant that you should move to another area that reflects your perspectives, opinions, and voting record/preferences.
Do you think this is a wise idea in general and in as a way to improve the Electoral College turnout in particular? Share a bit on this notion.
