Hi everyone you may have already heard my name is Blank Blankston and I’m the business operations manager here. First of all I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you all to our corporation. I’m sure we’ll do good things together. I remember 15 years ago when I first started out my career. I had just graduated from a great university in California and was an aspiring young employee just like all of u. So, believe me I understand how confusing and unsettling this may be for you. Don’t worry at if that happens as you’ll be working under a leader who can relate and is willing to help you through it.

In those 15 years I worked in numerous corporations and companies and I can safely say that this company is the best one to be at. I have helped facilitate a lot of mergers and acquisitions for many big names like Apple Nike Google among others. I also, Was the CEO of my own company before selling it to Facebook. On top of that I’ve been working for this company for 3 years now and we’ve been doing wonderful things together.

I’m the kind of boss who’s reasonable and relatable. I expect us to have mutual respect and after I’m done talking I hope we’ll reach a good level of understanding too. That being said I want us to be clear that when it’s time to get to work. I’ll expect you to excel in your field. But, you can rest assured that I’ll be working just as hard right next to you towards the same goal. Elevating this business and by that elevating ourselves. I encourage employees to share their ideas and opinions that they think will help our company do even better. I recognize that It’s important to have an accessible boss so my office is always open for any of your questions or concerns. There’s power in numbers and I promise you if you stick with us and prove your worth we’ll do great things together with that power.
