Prepare an Operations Strategy

From the previous written assignments and presentations, develop a comprehensive operations strategy for your organization (or imaginary one) by bringing everything together as a master document. You will want to portray a broad view of operations and related constituents of operations, designing a strategy taking the following into consideration:

• quality control issues,
• forecasting,
• measuring supply chain performance,
• implementation schedule and when your strategy will be reviewed or tested to determine its effectiveness,
• any other research items you want to include to present to the senior officers of your organization.

Support your paper with minimum of three (3) scholarly resources in addition to the resources listed for this activity. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 7-9 pages not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
