Why Study Public Administration?

Develop a two to three page (in addition to a title and references page), double spaced analysis to address the following points:

a.       Citing the text, discuss the rationale behind creating new, separate disciplines of public administration and public policy.

b.      Assess the differences between public administration, business administration, and political science.

c.       Explain the advantages and disadvantages of pursuing a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) for those interested in entering the field of public administration. Is it necessary for all public administrators to pursue an MPA?

Your paper should be formatted according to APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide and should cite at least one scholarly source in addition to the textbook.
