Create an in-service PowerPoint presentation for teachers, including the following:

    Community, environmental, and institutional opportunities that enhance the academic, career, and personal or social development of students.
    A review of needs assessment results that lead to development of classroom guidance and group counseling units.
    A sample classroom guidance lesson that you would include in your counseling program (link to the results of your needs assessment).
    Community, environmental, and institutional barriers that may prevent teacher, parent, or administrator buy-in.
