A risk assessment performed on the MWS systems showed the following deficiencies:

• There is no username control.
• Terminated employees still have open accounts.
• Generic accounts exist and are used more frequently than named user accounts.
• Passwords are written on notes posted to terminals.

Describe what solutions and safeguards MWS should implement to resolve the issues and try to prevent them from happening again in the future.
