power point
Student Presentation Requirements:
The final presentation is a short overview of your thesis and the key points/or highlights that you will be discussing in your final paper.
o Think of it as an opportunity for you to create an outline (or overview) of your paper.
o Include introductory concepts, your thesis, a few main points, or interesting highlights, and your conclusion (why this pointyou are making is important).
o The presentation should be no longer than 5 minutes, or 8 PowerPoint slides.
Instructions for completing the assignment:
1. Create the PowerPoint presentation and save it on to your computer.
2. OPTIONAL:
You could record yourself talking us through the PowerPoint presentation (a nice addition, but not required). There are several different ways to do this:
(a) You can record audio directly into most PowerPoint programs.
(b) I have also had students create recorded presentations using jing software on a different site: camtasia.com, screener, or you may have another web/software program you would like to use.
