Poor Communication

I have a issue. I paid a professor for there service,they consent to assisting me with the assignment..but guess what happen? They were very late with sending me my assignment,and the professor is not willing to be held accountable for her actions. She is requesting i still pay her the full amount which i find to be Ludicrous...here is the attachement of our conversation.
