Overview

The Brown v Topeka Kansas 1954 decision was indeed a landmark case that occurred during the 1950s. You job is to first figure out what the decision executive summary's significance was. Find the Brown v Board decision at OYEZ.ORG. (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. Then fully explain the process for deciding the Brown v Board of Topeka Kansas ruling.  Then, explain whether or not the decision and majority opinion were correctly decided.

Write out a rough draft directly answering whether or not Brown was decided correctly. If it was, why was it.

If there was another path toward greater educational spending for all black schools that makes sense, make the argument and defend it based upon the context or era.
