It looks like alot of info but there are only 2 questions to be answered.  This is not a

essay paper.  You answer type question 1 and answer under the question. same thing for question 2

this is not a hard assignment.  The question needs to be answered thoroughly with atleast 2 paragraph answer.  ok here it goes:

 

Instructions: a) One of the landmark civil rights decisions from the Supreme Court was the Court's decision in Regents of University of California v. Bakke (1977). Look up the case summary for this case on the Oyez Project's website and outline what the Court's decision meant for affirmative action policies in university admissions.


b) The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force is an organization advocating for civil rights including non-discrimination rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. Tour the organization's non-discrimination website and outline the key issue priorities the organization is currently working on. Do the civil rights priorities of this organization differ from other civil rights organizations?
