First of all, you would have to explain what "political culture means" and that would require at least one source. If you have that definition, you can apply it to Virginia. Is the political culture of Virginia conservative, liberal, or progressive? Why? What are some of the key issues that illustrate that position? I think that if you understand what political culture is, you can discuss the impact of that culture on policy and politics. What were some of the key issues in the General Assembly? Were they economic? Were they environmental? Were they social issues? Were they religious issues? Is Virginia moving closer to the middle of the political spectrum? If you really listen to the news, if you listen to the key issues in Virginia, if you understand political culture, I think you can write a very interesting paper that meets the requirements of this assignment. Please remember that you write in third person, you use 12 point font, you double space and use standard margins, you have a MINIMUM of 4 peer reviewed sources, you proof read it, you double check that your citations are either MLA or APA....
