1. Reflect on the leadership styles reviewed this week and describe your own personal leadership style. What do you feel are your strengths and weaknesses as a leader? Has a third party (supervisor, colleague, professor, etc.) ever discussed your strengths and weaknesses with you as they relate to your leadership style and ability? How did you react?

2. Compare the “great man” model (including trait and behavioral approaches) to your own personal leadership style and ability.

3. Relate the leadership theories to your own personal leadership conceptual framework. Do one or more of these approaches ‘fit’ with your leadership style? Explain how and give examples.
