Point of view essay about corporate culture

This is an essay assignment, which should argue a point of view but back to arguments with knowledgeable evidence, and give examples. It should not give or receive help on the question. This is an essay assignment, rather than a research paper. If any references would be required to use, give in APA style. But it should be arguing personal thoughts without giving extensive references. Here is the question:

Successful adaptive corporate cultures pay attention to stakeholders: customers, employees, and shareholders. How do the various interests of these stakeholders change in an era of off-shoring, outsourcing and/or global competition? Why do some U.S. corporate cultures succeed and some fail under these circumstances? What does the General Electric example tell us? What about Japanese or Chinese corporate examples?
