PM paper

Have a PM paper coming up, and would like some help, I have enclosed what I have done before leading up to this point, but need some help in filling in some of the details that are required in the attachment that I uploaded, but it needs to be mostly about Execution, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing for your project.
