Choosing Reports

When developing and rolling out Performance Reports, you must take into consideration that Executives may not have alot of time to dedicate to updates to a project, even though they view it's progress as important.  

Choose a type of project in a given industry (Construction, Marketing, IT., or another of your choosing).  On the assumption that you only have 15 minutes of face time every 2 weeks to provide a material update to Senior Leadership, choose no more than 5 key metrics you would report on.  Explain why you feel that metric is relevant
