A risk to a project is that cost, schedule, or timeline overruns often result in scope being eliminated from a project.  Competing stakeholders can often insist on their parts of the project staying in scope and other parts being removed.

Discuss how as a group you can work with stakeholders during Change Management exercises, especially exercises where parts of the project they feel passionate about are suddenly at risk.
