i just met the prof to make sure m on the right track he gave me a sample powerpoint it might be useful for you. i just posted it. he said you can have as many slides as you want.

Notes from prof:

slide 1: title slide-name-date-picture

slide2: overview slide:overview of what they expect from me.

slide3:  name of the interviewee - his comany - why i interviewed him? 

he told me you have to do the interview in person so i think i will pick the leasing center for the company im renting my apartment from. it is ( the Irvine Company ) and lets pretend we interviewed

this assignment is my final presentation for my business communication class. 

you have to pick any employee to do interview with. it can be in person or through phone, email  …etc. The interview has to be around 30-40 minutes long of questions.

Then, you are going to make a presentation that 9-10 minutes long about the interview you did with the employee.

Two visual aids required:

1- powerpoint. use visual aids 

2- could be anything but one page handout is recommended.  

(ex. board, etc).

you have to state the employee’s position and his company’s name in the powerpoint. overview about it.

the powerpoint contains of pictures and bullet points only.

bullet points do not exceeds one line in the power point. 

P.S: please have the notes you want me to read in the notes box beneath the slide OR in a word file.

please try to have good not complicated questions. 

I’m international student so please try to have simple questions but still good and be creative.

what you have to turn in to me?

1- powerpoint. (9-10 minutes long)

2- notes that I’m gonna use when I’m presenting the powerpoint.

3- another visual aid. ( See Visual aid page on the attached file).

4- the questions you asked the interviewer and his answers.

5- presentation outline.

the Due date is:  Three days. you have enough time to finish it up. i have one day then before its due date to review and practice it and i can ask you questions about the assignment if needed.
