Public Policies
Public policies can address various issues such as the environment, health, and welfare. Public policies can be categorized as regulatory, distributive, and/or redistributive. Regulatory policies are designed to regulate individuals, groups, or organizations. Distributive and redistributive policies are designed to distribute or redistribute benefits to individuals or groups in society. In your study of public policy, you are likely to encounter all of these types of policies.
Select two specific public policies to use for this Discussion.
Think about which policy type each policy you selected falls under and why.
