Explain what are the issues at stake, the theoretical debates, how are Canadian citizens affected by this topic, and how are they engaged in bringing changes. You can also explain your personal opinion on this question.

Reflect on the barriers to full citizenship and the bridges necessary to achieve it, the personal and collective responsibilities of Canadians.

Mandatory:

-Your interview (hand-in a written transcript of your interview – full sentences or point form), it represent a first-hand account.

-At least 6 scholarly articles or 3 scholarly books or a mix of both articles and books (3 articles = 1 book.)

Optional:
