Consider three methods that your employer has adopted for this purpose. If your employer does not have a performance appraisal system, choose an organization to research from the Internet to determine what this employer does to assure a more valid process. For example, the employer may conduct 4 hours of rater bias and discrimination avoidance for new supervisors in the first six months of employment.
