please help me do this assignment

my assignment consists of 2 tasks and i require help on task 2 only. task 2 is asking me to provide a discounted cash flow analysis to provide the npv and irr of the king alfred house investment given in the assignment brief. the data needs to be presented in an excel document showing all calculations with assumptions clearly stated. sensitivity analysis is also to be incorporated into the table. will it be possible to have the work sent to be in an editable excel document for me to make any adjustments if required and also attach to the task 1 of the assignment which i have already completed. just to confirm i require assistance on task 2 only. thank you
