"This is still very vague.  There’s a lot of words being used but does not show a solid understanding of the problem to be analyzed.  To look at EV loads on the grid, there are a lot of articles written, and you cite two of them.  But you don’t show evidence your team has read those two and others, or understands what the basic problems are.    Also, this revised version still presents the possibility of interviewing power plant operators and automobile assembly people, which as I said about the last version of your proposal, makes no sense because neither of these know anything about the problem you are addressing.  So I suggest that you choose 1 not 2."
