Using the Matrix (ATTACHED) develop a list of at least eight research-based strategies that would impact student engagement in the learning process and assist in producing student-friendly classrooms conducive to learning. Examples of possible strategies may be Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), co-teaching, or the Kansas Strategies. Your assignment should address the following: 

v  Imagine you are creating a list of strategies that interested teachers could reference to learn more about each strategy and its applicability to their classroom environment.

v  Provide a brief description of each strategy, and explain how the strategy can help teachers to become self-advocates in the field of education. 

v  Beside each strategy’s description, provide links to resources that teachers may find useful if they are interested in learning more information. Consider using articles from an Online Library or credible, academic websites that discuss the strategies in depth.   

The homework assignment should be at least completely full three pages in length. Submit both the matrix and the essay as one Word document. The essay must be double-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font. All sources must be cited using APA style formatting. Wikipedia is not an acceptable academic source.
